My background is rooted in sales and leadership development. As a platform speaker, I have performed over 1,500 live events in the US and Canada speaking to the Mortgage and Real Estate industry. I have designed and developed technology companies designed to simplify how top-producing mortgage loan originators integrate technology into their sales methodologies. In 2019 I met Tim Johnson and Tony Grothouse, President and CEO of Revolution Mortgage. Revolution Mortgage possessed a disruptive Profit and Loss business model that I felt would provide more control, money, and family balance for the high-profile clients I coached for over 20 years. In 7 months, I placed over $1B of production/revenue into Revolution Mortgage; $2B in two years. In 2020 the organization asked me to join their leadership team as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. My team and I not only recruit new P&L branches but we also recruit LO’s for the branches, we train the branches and also provide leadership training for the Revolution Mortgage executive team. Our entire mission is to help individuals exponentially grow their income, gain more control over their business, and leverage the P&L model to enjoy more time with their families.
